QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Sciences, Environmental, Natural Resource Science or equivalent experience
• Five or more years’ experience and/or education in the contaminated soil and wastewater treatment field
• Water and soil analysis experience & ability to apply in-house training on water chemistry and the applicable environmental regulations
• Knowledge of environmental industry health, and safety standard requirements and practices
• Certifications to operate site equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This person is responsible for developing new business relationships throughout the Interior while overseeing the operations of the Sun Ridge Environmental facility
• Oversees site facility ensuring preparations for relevant projects, including equipment, manpower, subcontractor and contractual requirements to establish efficient productivity, safety and profit
• On site coordination, data compilation, and reporting associated with environmental site assessment and remediation projects
• Conduct soil and water inspections for environmental compliance
• Analyze incoming material for suitability of disposal
• Willingness to work overtime and out of time and in varied terrain and weather conditions when required
• Ensures strict adherence to all all Provincial and Federal regulations, programs, policies, procedures and guidelines of SRC/SRE.
